Message to clients

My priority is to create a space where you feel safe and comfortable to be your full self. I work to create an atmosphere closer to your favorite coffee shop than a medical office. Reaching out for help can be hard, but I encourage you to call. I want to work together to help you experience the joy you deserve and achieve your greatest potential.

To female-identifying individuals: Fluctuating hormones can significantly impact mood and quality of life. I want to be by your side as you navigate these changes and help you feel your best. I have trained specifically in reproductive psychiatry and can utilize this expertise as we work together to find the right treatment for you.

To athletes: As a former Division I athlete at Yale, I saw first-hand the reluctance of student-athletes to seek mental health treatment. There is a fear that treatment may hinder your performance or competitive edge. I am conscious of the demands of training at a high level and the importance of maintaining peak physical condition; we will work together to treat your symptoms so your mental health is as strong as your physical health.
