Professional statement

I received my Undergraduate Degree in Psychology from SUNY Oswego in 2017 and obtained my Master of Social Work from Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in 2020. Throughout my graduate studies, I completed internships at New York Presbyterian—Westchester Behavioral Health Center and Hudson Valley Mental Health, gaining experience in inpatient and outpatient settings.

I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where you feel empowered to achieve your goals. I have experience in treating adults who encounter anxiety, depression, trauma, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), family conflict and relationship challenges.

My approach is strength-based and utilizes a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. I value a strong therapeutic relationship and will tailor treatment to meet your individual needs.
