Nicole has lived experience as a fat woman, a mother of two daughters, and a person living with and recovering from anxiety, disordered eating, body image struggles, and grief and loss. Ever since Nicole had her own a-ha! moment, she knew it was her mission to empower folks to develop more peaceful relationships with food, their bodies, and themselves.

Message to clients

I just want to hold space for you here for a moment. Take a deep breath. Give yourself credit for making it this far. Think about how brave it is to care enough about yourself to be here and to be willing to learn something new.

Holistic health goes beyond the physical and incorporates psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, interpersonal and social determinants of health. True well-being includes making connections, doing work that is meaningful, feeling fulfilled in your life, and pursuing what really, deeply matters to you – not losing your precious energy and time trying to change your body.

Ready to reclaim your voice? Done with “shoulding” on yourself? Tune out those external directives and reconnect with your inner Self. We all have stuff to work through, and none of us can do it alone. You already have what you need to get to where you want to be – let me guide you through uncovering it.
