Dr. Phil Small provides high quality, individualized behavioral care for adults struggling with anxiety, phase-of-life issues, relationship concerns, or mood disorders. Dr. Small has specialized training in a range of evidence-based practices to help support individuals in their efforts to heal and grow.

In addition to working with adults of all ages, I specialize in 1) emerging adulthood and 2) new parents. These specific times in life can be uniquely stressful and consequential, which is why Dr. Small offers tailored behavioral health plans to support healthy functioning.
