Message to clients

I believe that each person has the innate wisdom and resources to heal. I also believe that if you have experienced hurt, trauma, and betrayal, this may feel out of reach and impossible. I tend to take things slow, focus on building trust within our relationship, and collaborating so that you have choice and control each step on the way. Therapy is a big ask and I have so much respect for the hard work that happens in my office.

I approach therapy as an intersectional feminist. As a queer clinician, I hold a special interest in working with other folks in the LGBTQIA+ community. I also hold privilege in being white and able bodied. Continued learning in order to practice with cultural humility is a priority for me in my practice.
