Dare to Grow: Humanistic-Existential therapy helps clients listen to themselves and better understand emotions they might be suppressing or avoiding. It's a form of therapy that honors the inherent wisdom within each person and, in so doing, allows clients to clarify their personal values. From this place, clients can identify and process emotions that arise when they reflect upon where they are currently in their lives and where they long to be.

1st Step: Schedule a 20 minute initial consultation with Dr. Casey ($25.00) by going to her website and selecting "schedule" in the main menu

2nd Step: Schedule your psychological assessment and orientation to group therapy ($125.00)

Group Therapist

Spring Psychological Services is a group therapy practice located in Marietta, Georgia, just outside of Atlanta. We provide individual, couples, and group counseling to clients with depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, eating disorders, and relationship concerns. We also provide psychological assessments, clinical supervision, and consultation.

The providers at Spring Psychological Services include Dr. Robin Casey and Bella Bowers, APC, both of whom value an integrative and holistic approach when working with clients. Our goal at Spring Psychological Services is to go beyond symptom reduction. We aim to help our clients thrive!

Dr. Casey specializes in integrative, holistic, and existential therapy. She enjoys working with adults and couples who sense that their lives and relationships could be more fulfilling but feel lost, stuck, or fearful of change. She helps clients gain clarity about what matters to them most, develop new ways of relating to themselves and others, and cultivate the courage to pursue peaceful and meaningful lives.

Bella specializes in helping undergraduate and graduate students, early career professionals, and new parents who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. She has a particular interest in working with clients who have experienced trauma within their relationships. She helps her clients feel heard, understood, and more confident in themselves.

Spring Psychological Services is unique in that our providers work with individuals and couples who may be experiencing overlapping symptoms of addiction, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. Our providers also attend to the whole person when providing care; they consider their clients’ cultural and family backgrounds, physical health, spiritual well-being, and the quality of relationships on mental health.
