Adriana Gambino is a life coach and licensed therapist in the Back Bay of Boston. She integrates both psychotherapy and coaching practices to support individuals with concerns such as self esteem, navigating life goals, breakups, adjusting to post-college work life, and improving overall quality of life.
Adriana is particularly passionate about women's issues, and helps her clients understand unhealthy relationship patterns, manage stress, and find work-life balance. For coaching clients, she offers a more goal-oriented approach to sessions; for therapy clients, she focuses on healing and processing relationship challenges, anxiety, and stress.
Adriana works with young adults, college and graduate students, and adults. She uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Practices, and Coaching methods to help her clients to to grow both personally and professionally. Her coaching appointments are all via remote video session, opening her talents to clients outside of Massachusetts.

- Ongoing sessions: $160 (50min)
Therapist's note: Adriana can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.

Coaching appointments are completed via remote session and coaching packages include:
Individual Session Blueprint – 90 minutes, one time coaching session with me, via Skype, Investment $160
3 month Package (either 6 sessions or 12 sessions) – 60 minute coaching sessions with me, 6 sessions bi-weekly or 12 sessions weekly, via Skype, tailored transformational exercises to be completed in between sessions and additional resources as needed. Investment: 6 sessions $1,297 or 12 sessions $2,497
Please note that coaching appointments are not covered by insurance carriers.
Therapy sessions are completed in person at my office located in the Back Bay or via remote video session (remote video sessions are completed after a one time in person meeting has occurred)."
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)In cognitive behavioral therapy, you work with a therapist in a structured way, attending a limited number of sessions. Mindfulness PracticesMindfulness practices include but are not limited to developing awareness, attention, and remembering. In mindfulness-informed therapy, clients develop tools to become aware of what is occurring within and around them, so they can begin to untangle from mental preoccupations and difficult emotions. Self-acceptance and compassion are also core elements of mindfulness-informed therapy. (learn more)

Supervisory Experience- provided clinical supervision and training to mental health clinicians and interns. Facilitate educational trainings for staff of all disciplines within the agency, Audit preparation, Continuous quality improvement studies and corrective actions plan when applicable.
