Cobb Psychotherapy uses a an eclectic treatment approach that utilizes a number of therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behaviorial Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-based Techniques. Each clinician takes an individualized approach to ensure that a client's needs and goals are being met.
Cobb Psychotherapy also offers Behavioral, Emotional, and Social Coaching for Parents, which is a unique home visit service for parents who may not need therapy for themselves or their children, but do need extra support at home. This goal-oriented program usually includes between 2-4 coaching sessions and referrals if more support is needed.
