Dr. Jeane Rajacic-Poppe is a Licensed Psychologist at Wholeview Wellness in Midtown, New York specializing in addiction and opioid recovery. She has over two decades of experience working with individuals in all stages of recovery and has a deep understanding of the psychological challenges that come along with addiction, like depression and anxiety.
Dr. Rajacic-Poppe utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients develop healthier coping mechanisms and reframe their thinking. She also uses Motivational Interviewing to help increase internal motivation for change. She is an expert in helping her clients develop an individualized treatment plan with realistic goals.
Dr. Rajacic-Poppe is passionate about the work she is doing and only wants the best for her clients. She hopes everyone who comes to see her leaves feeling empowered to experience life to the fullest. Wholeview Wellness is conveniently located a short walk from Grand Central.
Addictions – Coping with emotional discomfort and suffering; reducing or abstaining from unwanted behaviors such as unhealthy gambling or shopping
Anxiety – Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Depression – Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Relationships – Understanding one’s wants and needs in relationships; exploring patterns of interaction, addressing concerns, and strengthening satisfaction in relationships and dating
Substance abuse related to dual diagnosis – Prevent and reduce challenges related to tobacco, marijuana, and/or alcohol, such as anxiety, depression, and challenges in relationships
Trauma – Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
Couples counseling – Addressing relationship challenges and life transitions; strengthening communication and feelings of security, desire, connection, and love
Life transitions – Coping with difficult or impactful life changes, such as moving to a new area, relationship transitions, child rearing, or career changes; learning self-care to better manage resulting stress
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) – Healing painful experiences and memories from the past
Self-esteem – Cultivating self-compassion, assertiveness, and confidence; developing ways to reduce suffering, anxiety, social withdrawal, and self-neglect
Stress management – Strengthening effective ways of coping with the stress of life and change; managing expectations of self and others

Initial session: $275/session (60min)
Ongoing sessions: $275/session (45min)
Group sessions: $125
Sliding scale: A sliding scale of $200 - $275 is offered to clients who need a reduced fee to receive individual therapy.
Therapist's note: Dr. Rajacic-Poppe can provide you with paperwork for your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network reimbursement.
