Zencare is a small women-led team doing big things in the mental health world - we are a marketplace that helps thousands of young adults, college students, and working professionals find their ideal talk therapist.
Zencare started as a solution to a common problem: it's really difficult to find a therapist online. Zencare streamlines the process and empowers therapy-seekers through up-to-date availability and insurance information, introductory videos, and a vetted network to ensure quality care.
About the role
We’re looking for a full-time team member to own end-to-end responsibility for user acquisition, from high level strategy through implementation and results tracking. You will be in charge of increasing site users via in-person and online strategies, which you will plan, execute, improve, and scale. The role entails multi-channel marketing, including events, speaking engagements, social media, content writing, paid ads, partnerships, and much more!

In your first 6 months, you will:
Plan multiple events throughout NYC, Greater Boston Area, and Rhode Island.
Build relationships with key partners including universities, treatment centers, primary care physicians, and hospitals.
Manage our paid ads and sponsorships.
Explore and pursue opportunities for press coverage.
Learn and manage SEO strategies.
Build upon existing social media channels and turn them a thriving community.
Manage multiple college ambassadors and event representatives.
Demonstrate a marked increase in site users across geographies.

Compensation and benefits
$30K – $40K | 0.3% – 1%
Generous remote work and work from home days and unlimited vacation.
