Improving relationships with peers and at home
This group is both Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT) and process-oriented.
This group is insurance-based, accepting BlueCross BlueShield or Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.
Out-of-pocket fee: $50/session.
Adjusted rates are available based on family need.
Gurpreet Singh is a therapist with expertise in anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, communication issues, parent-child conflicts, and cultural concerns. She received her MSW from Rutgers University and completed a post graduate certificate program at the Yale Child Center. She has over 20 years of experience in the field and has worked in a variety of settings such as Johns Hopkins Hospital and Matheny School and Hospital.
Gurpreet provides therapy for both adolescents and adults. When working with adolescents, college students, parents, or adults, Gurpreet helps to enhance self compassion, balance, and all-around awareness. She will work to help you gain more confidence and joy in relationships, academics, career, and your overall life. Therapeutic techniques are based on individual’s needs.
Gurpreet is open to people of any sexual orientation, religion, ethnic or racial background or gender identity. She creates a safe and productive space for each client to understand the root of their challenges and move in a positive direction.
