For many people suffering with depression, a major contributing factor is a feeling of isolation. Group therapy is a great way to overcome this feeling. It can be extremely helpful hearing about strategies that others use to cope, what methods have worked for them and which ones haven’t. I lead the group and facilitate the discussions among the members. I will provide a safe and supportive atmosphere to help you explore your issues and share them with the other members
This is an ongoing group that meets Wednesdays from 6:15pm to 7:45pm.
$35 a session ($300 for 10 sessions); Healthfirst insurance is also accepted

Dan takes a skills-based treatment approach to therapy that incorporates both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.
