The stress management group is a small (five participants) skills-based group. While emotional support will organically be provided, the purpose of this group is to have participants learn a diverse range of relaxation tools and techniques to reduce stress and optimize day-day functioning.
This group is part of a three-part series in which participants can choose to opt into the remaining two modules once part one is complete.
Tuesdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm; August 20th-September 17th
$60per session/$300 for the full module (five sessions)

Dr. Nicole Murray is a Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist in Murray Hill, Manhattan who offers in-person and/or remote therapy in addition to neuropsychological testing. Her clients have some type of medical issue that is affecting them mentally or on a day-to-day level. This includes chronic illness, a traumatic brain injury, cancer, and/or a somatic illness with no diagnosis. She also conducts assessments for ADHD and concussions.
While Dr. Murray tailors her approach based on her client’s needs and baseline, she frequently utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Her sessions are client-centered, and she incorporates mindfulness practices when appropriate. She also helps her clients focus on the goals they want to achieve.
Dr. Murray helps her clients reclaim their lives and find joy again. She received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. She completed her internship and two-year fellowship at Mount Sinai-Icahn School of Medicine specializing in rehabilitation and neuropsychology. Her office is located near Grand Central.
