If you’re a woman in your 20's or 30's who has experienced sexual abuse as a child, please know that you are not alone. No matter what, the abuse was not your fault, and it’s never too late to start healing from this experience.
Other survivors are here for you, willing to listen to your story and learn from each other. Group therapy is an empowering and intensive healing experience for survivors to talk and rethink their experiences in a warm, non-judgmental environment with others who understand and can relate to the pain they are feeling.
Participants will have a safe space to explore historical traumatic experiences or current concerns and life stressors that are limiting them in the present. This is a small group of 3-5 women.
The group meets every Thursday at 2:15pm for 60min sessions. Attendance every week is not mandatory. This means you come only if you are ready, and if it feels like it would help you that week. You are in control!
Thursdays at 2:15pm
One-time initial individual assessment fee of $125.
After that, $30 per session.
