About

What services does your practice offer?

Hope For The Journey is a whole-family therapy group practice for Texas. We offer individual, couples, group, and family therapy sessions in both English and Spanish, both in-person and online.

What are your practice's specialties?

The clinicians at Hope For The Journey specialize in trauma recovery. We treat anxiety, depression, and have expertise in both sexual trauma and dissociative disorders that sets us apart from the other groups.

Why should I choose your practice?

When you go to a trauma specialist (even if you have generalized anxiety or other less specific symptoms), you know that you will be in good hands even if counseling uncovers some deeper issues than you originally anticipated. We know how to make big feelings safe to express and release.

How does payment work at your practice?

We know that investing in yourself can be tough. To that end, we offer easy online payment, courtesy out of network billing, and a free 30 minute Meet and Greet so you can be sure before you invest.
