Eating disorder support groups are closed 8 week groups limited to 8-10 young adults. Members can choose to continue group on an ongoing basis and often do! Group provides a safe, supportive environment that emphasizes positive aspects of recovery. Group members work on being present in the moment and connecting to their emotional experiences as they and other group members share. Members practice naming these emotions to others and experience what it is like to be seen and heard. Members often share that this group has been essential in helping them shift their emotional experiences, relational patterns with others, and ultimately their maladaptive behaviors.

Natalie Monaghan, LICSW - Natalie is a therapist specializing in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and the challenges of adjusting to college. Natalie is passionate about helping young adults and their parents navigate life struggles through a safe, comfortable relationship and environment. She runs Be Collaborative Care, a center for holistic care and authentic being that particularly caters to the needs of eating disorder clients. Natalie received her MSW from Rutgers University and her BA from Boston College.
