Amy Johnson is a licensed psychotherapist who works with clients in Maryland and Washington, DC. Many of her clients are dealing with major life transitions; others are experiencing an internal crisis, or going through a time of agonizing grief.

She also provides a supportive, compassionate place where they can freely think and feel in a way that might not be possible elsewhere. It is her hope that clients walk away more empowered, having developed a better understanding of themselves and how to create and navigate the life they desire.

Amy received her Master's degree from Howard University, and has advanced certification in counseling for hospice and palliative care, as well as in grief counseling. She looks forward to welcoming you to her practice.
