Message to clients

As a recovering perfectionist, I’ve been where you are. I know how scary it feels to let your guard down and ask for help, especially when you’re the person others rely on and look to for support. But you are not alone. This is the same place where I and all my clients started from. I would love to help you step away from the pressure of constant self-improvement and to learn to be confident in yourself and your decisions.

I offer a free video consultation to any potential clients. During our consultation, I will be able to learn more about your main areas of concern and answer any questions you may have. If you do not see a consult time that works for you, please email, text, or call me and we can find a better time. I respond to all inquires and usually the same day.
