Ariel Sank is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Manhattan who specializes in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), trauma, life transitions, stress management, anxiety, and depression. With extensive training in trauma recovery, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, Ariel utilizes a variety of treatment techniques. She also frequently uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her sessions are client-centered and focused on helping clients make behavioral changes. In addition, Ariel works with her clients to explore thought patterns and how these patterns affect them on a day-to-day basis.
