Professional statement

I have trained in meditation and contemplative practices for 20 years. These practices (and the lessons learned therein) have been invaluable in my own journey of healing and growth. Bringing mindfulness, awareness, and kindness to our experience is the key in clearing out our inner blocks and bringing a new sense of health, happiness, and magic.

Message to clients

In my practice, I see that most mental suffering arises from losing touch with our own innate goodness, strength, wisdom, and resilience. This can happen from trauma and through receiving messages of our inherent unworthiness throughout our lives. Together, we can rediscover your inherent worth and confidence by finding the blocks in your psyche and loosening them through communication and self-compassion. From there, we will focus on rebuilding and cultivating the person you’ve always wanted to become!
