Professional statement

Beth Segaloff is a Licenced Clinical Social Worker, Yoga Teacher, and Energy Healer based in Fairfield, CT. She supports and guides clients (kids-adults) who experience grief, trauma, or adverse challenges in their lives; often described as feeling “stuck”. Grief can be connected to the death of a loved one, a divorce, the shift of any relationship, loss of a job, pet, or the loss of the identity of who you once were. Grief is experienced when we lose the life we expected. These experiences can leave you with feelings of sadness, anxiety, overwhelm, and isolation. Peace, calm, inspiration, purpose, and courage are all possible through awareness, connection, and various ways of expression. Beth holds a compassionate space and believes that being heard, seen, and witnessed is potent medicine.

Beth supports you as you shift your story connected to grief and trauma to a story of love and meaning. She does this through a whole health perspective integrating EMDR, life coaching, energy healing, and yoga.

Whole health is when we link the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual components of the human experience. When we go through something, all parts of us are affected and this impacts how we adapt.

Beth believes that we cannot solely talk our way out of our challenges. Using a mind, body and spirit approach is a powerful way to process and thrive. Together, you will explore what holds you back, ways to gain presence, and how to envision possibilities.

Beth also leads various virtual series, monthly classes and experiences. Some include: Grief Yoga, Be-Lov-Ed, Chakra Healing/Journaling Yoga, After-School Teen Yoga and Guidance.

In addition, stay tuned for your next in person retreat as an opportunity for some much-needed time away to connect, heal, play and rest.

Message to clients

My intention is to hold a safe and sacred space for you to be seen and heard. You have permission to show up, perfectly exactly as you are. There is no fixing because you are not broken. I believe being seen, heard and witnessed can be the most potent medicine.

I support you as you shift your story connected to grief and trauma to a story of love and meaning. Grief is natural and experienced in many ways: death, divorce, a breakup, loss of a part of yourself and loss of the life you expected. The spectrum of trauma is extensive so or now; let's acknowledge that any adverse experience may affect areas in your life. We can all connect with this and we can all feel "stuck".

We can’t change the past, yet we can shift perspective. Together, we will explore what holds you back, ways to gain presence and how to envision possibilities through an integrative holistic approach. Clients often find me because they are looking for something different. Some may say "out of the box"

What if this is a step towards truly loving all parts of yourself, exploring choices and experiences with less judgement and more compassion so you can shine your light? What’s possible if you see this time as an opportunity to live in alignment with the highest version of yourself? I am humbled to support and guide you so you can learn to be your best teacher. You are not alone.
