Professional statement

Bevonna Trail is a Licensed Master Social worker with over 5 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. She is currently working on obtaining her clinical license. Bevonna has experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness. She has worked with individuals from all walks of life ranging from teenagers, adults, and seniors. She has worked as a counselor for a pilot Facebook program through the National Suicide Prevention lifeline to working as psychotherapist in an outpatient clinic.

Bevonna enjoys working with individuals who are dealing with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and the daily distresses life can throw us. Her main purpose in life is to help others to see and feel that they are not alone and that what they are going through does not have to be permanent.

One of her favorite slogans is “The best project in life you can ever work on is yourself.”

Bevonna provides a safe, non-judgmental space for you to be yourself and explore yourself. She utilizes a person centered, solution focused, cognitive behavioral and strengths perspective approach. More importantly, when working with her you will look at things from a holistic viewpoint looking at the self within mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.

Bevonna is currently accepting new clients via telehealth services.

Message to clients

Whether it is your first-time trying therapy or you are returning to therapy, you have made the very first step towards becoming the best version of yourself. Being able to find someone who you can share your ins and outs with, be yourself and take away lessons that will help you build yourself is important.

In life we already have to wear so many masks. In therapy, there are no masks, just our authentic and vulnerable selves. It can be scary, feel awkward and difficult but trust the process.

I look forward to working with you so that you feel understood and connected while taking this huge step on your healing journey.
