Message to clients

I believe that we each have the capacity to live wholehearted lives. Therapy is a creative exploration to uncover barriers to living fully, and is a space where you are safe to imagine new, liberatory possibilities. It gives me joy to be your collaborator as these possibilities emerge into the world and permit you to live in unimagined ways.

All of us are shaped by our experiences and contexts, and as such, consideration of your identity is a vital aspect of our work together.

While beginning a therapeutic journey can take tremendous courage, my hope is that through creating a safe therapeutic space together, real healing can occur. Congratulations on taking this step to invest in yourself.

I look forward to our work together.
