I have been working in the mental health field for 15 years and have extensive experience with individual and group therapy. I aim to help my clients move toward their fullest potential. As a drama therapist, I offer psychotherapy through a creative and embodied approach, and also talk therapy. I believe in a collaborative process with my clients and are vital to your individualized treatment plan as we move towards obtaining your goals.
