Message to clients

It is so brave of you to reach out, as it's not always easy to do.  I believe that mental health should be accessible to everyone.  My first goal upon our initial interaction is see if we are a good fit.  I encourage you to do as many consultations as appropriate to find the Therapist that works for you.

Once we are working together, I believe that your experience in therapy should be adjusted to fit your needs... Which may change from session-to-session. Sometimes that means processing through something challenging, other times it's providing education on exactly what happens to your brain when you feel anxiety. Though, the most common theme is creating a vulnerable space for you to be seen - There is nothing more powerful :)

If you are feeling drawn to my warm approach, reach out and we can see what we create. Best of luck on your searching!
