He also has extensive experience working with couples who are navigating infidelity and members of the LGBTQIA community.

Glen primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Motivation Interviewing (MI), depending on a clients’ history and goals. He helps his clients explore their feelings and develop plans for how they are going to combat them. This includes developing a support system and a list of resources. When working with couples, he focuses on validating both individuals and helping them improve their communication.
