Message to clients

Hello, I believe finding a therapist you connect with, is the most important part of therapy. I know it can sometimes feel like dating, but once you find the right person, it is well worth it! Most people find that I help them to feel comfortable pretty quickly. I truly believe that you are the expert of you and your life. My job is to get to know you so I can help you find the answers you are looking for. I do this by being curious and asking a lot of questions. I am involved in our sessions and I think you will find that I really do care about helping you.

In my practice, I work mostly with people that are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and life and school changes/transitions.

I have lived in NYC, Westchester, Northern and Southern California. This has allowed me the opportunity to work with many diverse people from all over the world. I love meeting new people and learning from each one.
