Laura’s approach is collaborative, respectful and strengths-based. She draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, tailoring sessions to meet a client’s unique needs. Using curiosity and compassion to create a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental space, Laura assists clients in gaining insight into the underlying issues that are causing their current symptoms.
