Message to clients

Life isn’t always easy. With our hectic lifestyles and chaotic worlds, having someone who listens deeply and who you can talk to meaningfully is an important resource.

Having someone who supports and helps you work through life’s more challenging problems can be transformational. It allows you to grow both individually and in your relationships. Talking to someone who listens in the right way allows you to discover new emotional experiences that will help you feel more regulated and whole. I realize that no one is the same and I tailor my technique to meet your specific needs as an individual, couple or family.

Therapy operates at the growing edge of our lives — the places where we really want to be and live our life but have never learned how. Change can feel difficult. It requires extensive exploration and continuous support. We plant the seeds of change by offering the space, time and attention during the therapy session. Through mutual collaboration, our work together can foster healing and emotional growth leading toward more fulfilling relationships and equipping you with the tools needed manage life’s challenges.
