As a trained marriage and family therapist, Marianne works with her individual clients through a framework of understanding the patterns in the relationships and environments in our life that create beliefs and shape our world. Additionally, she has had further training in mindfulness-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed work.
Marianne's experience has been in recognizing and processing what may be bothering us, understanding our relationships, practicing mindfulness, and incorporating techniques from CBT, Narrative, & Solution Focused therapies. Marianne finds passion in being there with her clients as they uncover the tools and strengths within them to create the life they want to be living. Through her work, Marianne is committed to helping others feel comfortable in the practice of understanding themselves and creating spaces where clients can feel confident and empowered to exercise their mind to feel better. Marianne sits with her clients in empathy and as a peer, being there with her clients in the journey of discovering that they are the experts to their own lives and selves.
