Message to clients

As a psychotherapist, I am passionate about helping others heal from life’s challenges and providing you with the support you need to transform your life. It is important to me that my clients feel heard, understood, and have a safe space where meaningful personal growth can take place.

I understand how challenging it can be to decide to enter therapy. It is important to me that you feel comfortable as you discuss the not so comfortable. I am warm, down to earth, and believe in being my most authentic self with all of my clients. I believe that the best results are achieved when you feel at ease with your therapist and have a genuine connection with someone who is invested in you.

I have come to understand that while we may struggle with many of the same issues, we are all unique individuals. I tailor my therapeutic approach with this in mind, treating every client as an individual. I believe your well-being is best supported by addressing your specific needs and the state of your total health - mind, body, and spirit. I utilize a holistic and client-centered approach incorporating elements of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
