Neelam Parmar is currently the lead therapist at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center in the crisis stabilization behavioral health unit. She has 3+ years of experience in crisis counseling and specializes in a variety of mental health diagnoses. She assists in leading daily treatment team meetings that involve attending psychiatrists, resident psychiatrists, and psychiatric nurses for each client that is admitted to the behavioral health unit.
