Outside of private practice, Paris’ hobbies include, hiking, camping, motorcycle riding and watching sports. Paris is currently offering in-person and telehealth sessions.

Message to clients

“You heal at the root, anywhere else is temporary medicine.”

During your time spent with me, you will experience 50 minutes of a safe and non-judgmental space to unpack and explore your challenges. Deciding to participate in therapy can be a scary and intimidating choice, so expect a calm and effortless conversation with a supportive and encouraging therapist.

2020 has inspired and forced a lot of us to prioritize our mental health. So much has happened over the past year that has magnified issues we generally tend to gloss over, ignore or minimize. GreenSpace counseling was created based upon my personal healing experiences by incorporating nature into my life. Using plants and engaging in outdoor activities such as gardening and hiking helped encourage me to decompress, unwind, and calm myself during times of stress.

My counseling philosophy is based on the empathic understanding of the individual’s circumstances and challenges impacting their ability to function in life. In conjunction with traditional therapy, I also include Walk Therapy into my treatment approach. This approach allows clients to feel less apprehensive and more calmed by the outside environment. So come take a walk with me.
