Professional statement

Rachael’s clients have diverse lived experiences and backgrounds. As such, she approaches her practice from an intersectional perspective. There’s no “one size fits all” formula for successful therapy, so she tailors her approach to fit each unique client. While Rachael works across several areas, some of her main focus areas include depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, relationship issues, and low self-esteem.

Rachael provides a safe space for clients to open up and be vulnerable whenever they are ready. By challenging unhelpful thoughts, sitting with old emotional wounds, and identifying patterns from childhood, Rachael’s clients are able to heal and grow into the best, most vibrant version of themselves.
