Ruschelle's sessions are interactive, creative, and goal-oriented. She utilizes a combination of skill-based and experiential therapies, including mentalization based cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems (IFS), hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping), and creative therapies to help clients manage overwhelming emotions and reconnect to the truth. She also has a passion for working with families and couples to restore healthy, loving relationships.
