Professional statement

Sasha specializes in care for those in the non-monogamy/poly, kink/BDSM, queer/LGB, and trans/GNC communities, and anyone over the age of 18 that is seeking support. Through their professional background, she is a trained witness to the traumatic impacts of oppression, political policies, and colonization. They see and feel the ways in which our numbing and disembodiment influences our individual and collective mental health.

Sasha believes that by learning to simply be with ourselves and our bodies in each moment, we can discover the power of and possibility in our conscious, subconscious, and unconscious choices. Sasha's work is non-hierarchical and process-oriented. She combines her professional training with years of personal growth and therapeutic work.

Using talk therapy and body connection, Sasha will provide a safe, boundaried space for you to explore your core concerns. Together, we will bring you back home - to your body, to your ambitions, and to your choices.

Sasha is only offering video and phone sessions at this time.

If you do not see availability that works for you, reach out to Sasha directly.

Message to clients

Asking for support is one of the most powerful steps we can take in our healing. From personal and professional experience, I find that if we build on foundations of consistency and collaboration, we can discover and define your needs and desires, and explore the barriers that are getting in your way.

I strongly believe that building connection and presence with our bodies is important for our individual and collective mental health. I also believe that there is immense power in giving voice to the thoughts that we might otherwise keep to ourselves. My hope for you is that we can improve your capacity to move through challenging experiences with more flexibility, presence, and understanding.

In our work together, I will not set timelines or overly specific goals, because I believe that changes in our minds and bodies require time, patience, consistency, and practice. I believe my role as a therapist is to provide a safe container in which we can explore and uncover whatever it is that’s brought you to therapy, and how you can move forward with more presence and intention.
