Stephanie Bonza

Stephanie Bonza is a clinical psychologist located in the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago. She provides both in-person and remote individual, couples, and family therapy services to clients across the lifespan.

Stephanie approaches her work with her clients with enthusiastic curiosity and genuine care. She understands the importance of creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where her clients feel respected, understood, and valued. Stephanie works collaboratively with her clients to help them unlock their innate strengths, regain a sense of purpose, and overcome barriers to change. She does this by providing practical research-backed knowledge, direct feedback, and empathic guidance.

Stephanie's work is relational in nature, meaning that fostering healthy and rewarding relationships and personal empowerment are central themes addressed in her sessions. Sessions often focus on resolving feelings of resentment, unworthiness, shame, or anxiety that can result from difficult life experiences and relationship challenges. Through this important work, Stephanie's clients learn how to develop an intimate and gentle connection with their inner self, manifest fulfillment in their relationships with other people, and grow the confidence to create the happy life that they deserve.
