Professional statement

Stephanie Eldringhoff is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and life coach who welcomes individuals and couples to her practice, located in Issaquah, WA. She also conducts therapy and coaching sessions across Washington state via HIPAA-compliant video platforms.

Clients often seek Stephanie's support when their anxiety symptoms – including those of generalized anxiety, panic disorders, situational anxiety, and phobias – have become overwhelming. Additionally, Stephanie works with individuals and business executives who are hitting walls in their work lives; she creates a powerful, trusting environment where clients can identify and power through high-stress factors in order to reconnect with their professional passions and joy.

Uniquely, Stephanie incorporates Energy Psychology into her practice, which is a cutting-edge therapy modality that combines Western psychology concepts with Eastern approaches to the body and mind. This approach is particularly impactful for those recovering from the physical or emotional impact of trauma, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Stephanie is also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindful-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Psychodynamic Object Relations. She uses this integrative approach to help clients develop an individualized coping plan with self-soothing techniques that they can utilize in their daily life.

Stephanie is dedicated to helping her clients reach their goals to live a happy, fulfilled life. With over 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist, she has a deep understanding of how problems and patterns are created and healed. She and her office dog, Bruiser, look forward to meeting you.

Message to clients

Life has its ups and downs, and in the midst of those fluctuations, there often aren’t ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers. There are times when we all truly need help and support to navigate difficult challenges and choices. With the right guidance, it’s possible to process difficult feelings, become curious about the unknown, experience profound transformation and add to our life tool kit of skills and habits. In my psychotherapy practice, I specialize in working with worry, anxiety, panic, trauma (childhood and more recent events) and relationships. And sometimes people don’t need a psychotherapist but a coach to gain clarity on their goals, build a map to a brighter future and gain skills to get there. Working with me as a coach, you have the advantage of a coach who has deep psychological training. Regardless of our work together, therapy or coaching, it’s my aim to create a safe place for you to explore your life, to listen intently and truly understand your experience and perspective and provide you with real-world options that work best for you.
