Her ideal client would be a couple or family, however, when seeing individuals, she may encourage that the client bring another support person that they trust to their sessions. She also provides life coaching services. Telehealth services are also offered.

She specializes in treating couples and families. She also provides Cranial Electrotherapy to treat anxiety, insomnia, mood disorders, and chronic pain. Her preferred theoretical modalities are Solution-Focused Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Family Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Message to clients

It is important to find a therapist who you most resonate with and feel supported, not judged, but challenged in a non-threatening way to cleanse away the dysfunction in your life. Asking for help is the first step to a better life.

My passion is to educate clients about the signs and dangers of Narcissistic Abuse. I am a survivor of Narcissistic Abuse and have a personal experience with attending therapy. I believe in the therapeutic process and currently live the benefits of attending therapy. I'd love the opportunity to serve each individual, couple, and family that I can.
