Message to clients

It is important to find a therapist who you most resonate with and feel supported, not judged, but challenged in a non-threatening way to cleanse away the dysfunction in your life. Asking for help is the first step to a better life. As a relationship oriented therapist, I believe that discovering maladaptive relational patterns at the root and changing those patterns are at the heart of showing up better with the people whom we are bonded.

My passion is to educate clients about the signs and dangers of Narcissistic Abuse. I am a survivor of Narcissistic Abuse and have a personal experience with attending therapy. I believe in the therapeutic process and currently live the benefits of attending therapy. I'd love the opportunity to serve each individual, couple, and family that I can.
