You will learn a tremendous amount about CBT in just one month. CBT skills help improve the way you talk to yourself and the way you communicate with others. You will learn proven strategies to get yourself going, even when your motivation is low, and how to break down tasks when you feel overwhelmed. This program cuts across issues and will help you address depression, anxiety, guilt, shame, or anger. You will feel a lot less isolated and come out much better at emotional problem-solving.

Julie Pearson, LICSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice with over 20 years of experience working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem issues, and relationship issues. Recently, she has also developed an interest in supporting women who are experiencing peripartum depression. One of Julie's passions is running a therapy group, "Mind Over Mood," which teaches individuals concrete Cognitive Behavioral skills to cope with issues such as: Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, OCD, Postpartum Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Panic Disorder, as well as anger or grief issues.
