The workshop will offer a nice mix of theory, and practice. As with all of my workshops and supervision, our work will be deeply experiential. We will make use of our own bodies and psychologies as the instruments for learning, healing, and growth that they are.
Time will be taken to create a luscious, safe, playful and healing learning environment.
