Engage in a supportive, insight-oriented environment where you'll process through the challenges of transitions. This group is a supportive practice space to improve: self-awareness, self-compassion, communication skills, relational skills, assertiveness, and healthy boundary setting. You'll be invited to be present, connecting to your emotional experience in the moment as you share and listen to others. Mindfulness and compassion practices will be infused into the process. This is a rich growth opportunity for women who are navigating change - in relationships, work, environment or emotional health. This group is for adult women seeking to participate in a non-medically oriented (not targeting a diagnosis), rich process of self-discovery, alongside an inspiring and supportive cohort. This intergenerational, ongoing, process group meets two times per month and is limited to 8 participants. You can join at any time during the year when an opening is available.
Wednesdays 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm (meets bi-monthly)
$50 per session
Please note participants cannot use their insurance for this group.
