A brave space for mothers to explore their parenting experience, centering identities as Black, Indigenous, People of Color.
Are you a BIPOC mother? Come together with others and share collectively in hopes of finding connection, inspiration, and healing through each other’s stories. Together, we will celebrate small/big victories as well as develop resilience building strategies for intentional and inclusive parenting.
Your mental health and wellness matters. It is a unique and great gift that you are on this journey of raising our young generations, and we need you well. As to say, it’s time to put on your own mask before assisting others…
The PWCB believes that all women and families deserve to be healthy and thrive. Sometimes, the adjustment to parenthood brings emotional challenges that can interfere with the health and wellness of the whole family. The PWCB is committed to working together with clients and patients so that health is attainable.
When you work with a therapist at the PWCB, you can trust that your care will be a top priority. Our therapists work beyond the boundaries of your 50 minute session- they will consult with other providers on your behalf, be available by phone and email between sessions, and consider your wellness from a biopsychosocial perspective. Our therapists are committed to ongoing professional development and, through working as a part of a team, are committed to evidence-based and best-practice treatment and care.
