We’ll also discuss anxiety and how to feel calmer.

Tara Moyle, at The Virtual Counselors, has worked primarily with teenagers and young adults for the last 15+ years. She holds a Master’s of Professional Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Associate Counselor. She assisted a wide range of students from diverse backgrounds in the Chicago area, greater New York, and central Virginia as a professor of writing and teacher in Language and Literary Arts.
Further experience includes aiding high-performing yet perfectionist students, those on the autism spectrum, or students struggling to find motivation, especially during this time of chaos and change. Teen and young adult issues, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, cognitive distortions, relationships and vocation are her specialty areas.
Using an empowerment model, she also works with life transitions and development, climate change anxiety, social justice concerns, and holistic approaches to healing. Theoretically, she remains rooted in both Narrative and Existential frameworks, as well as a Feminist, social justice orientation.
