I believe in the power of connection and that as people, we need positive and healthy systems to be a part of however that may look. Whether you're new to therapy or have a lot of experience with it, I hope you'll come to understand how helpful it can be to find a positive connection with someone who's role it is to focus on you and help you become the best version of yourself.

One of my talents is building that positive connection with my clients and helping them feel comfortable in the process of being vulnerable with me and those closest in their lives in order to achieve healthy and long-lasting connections.

I specialize in relationship therapy and help individuals and couples work to improve their communication, engage in conflict effectively, build connection, and incorporate fun and play into their lives and relationships. I also help people regain and maintain balance in their lives so they can be the best version of themselves. I have training and experience working with folks in the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as folks with diverse racial and cultural identities.

All you need to bring to therapy is an open mind and a willingness to explore. I am a very interactive therapist; I give a lot of feedback and guidance. In my work with individuals, I help people see how they developed the coping skills and defense mechanisms they did, and how to begin recognizing them in a less judgmental way. I also teach couples new communication skills: how to rebuild trust and safety after a breach, how to mirror one another, ways to validate and empathize. We work on breaking bad patterns and create healthier ones using positivity and appreciations.

It's so rewarding to help children, couples and families heal old and current wounds, and to see my clients use therapy as a way to soar to new emotional freedoms. Please don't be in pain anymore: contact me so we can set goals together, develop healthier ways of coping, and watch you blossom

I am passionate about working with people who are interested in exploring life’s questions, experiences, and paradoxes, who desire to examine and release feelings of shame while cultivating more vulnerability, compassion, and embodiment.

My approach to working with clients is rooted in a strengths-based, trauma-informed, intersectional, sex-positive, and client-centered perspective- always considering the person’s experience in the context of the greater world we live in. I take an engaging, collaborative, non-judgmental, and curious approach to therapy, weaving in moments of humor, mindfulness, and reflection. I have a deep respect for the process of therapy and the clients who trust in me their most personal stories, fears, and hopes. I believe in the inherent resiliency and wisdom of each client and will work with you to increase your sense of empowerment and personhood.
