Here at Ascend Counseling & Coaching, we specialize in client-centered faith-based counseling services. We do so by focusing on the truths of how the nervous system operates and working within those truths help you move forward to increased healing and emotional freedom. We also include Career Coaching and Wellness Coaching as part of our services to support you from a broad holistic perspective.

Joseph L Anderson, MSW, LCSW specializes in PTSD and resolving past traumatic events in your life that seem to still have a hold on you. He uses an eye-movement therapy called Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help resolve trauma and change your perspective at a sub-conscious level. He is the first clinician in Utah to become a basic and advanced trainer in this therapy and has trained over 250 clinicians across several states.

David Lance Martin, LCSW specializes in personality and dissociative disorders. His calm, down-to-earth presence provides a safe place from which you can navigate toward healing. Lance's calm and friendly demeanor bring forward the truth of your single importance in that moment you are in session with him.

Ashlee Lee, MSW-Intern specializes in working with children, adolescents, and women's mental health. Ashlee unique ability to connect with and offer value to her clients through skills, perspective, and empathy are top notch. When you work with Ashlee, you will likely grow in confidence and awareness as you move forward in your life.
