C. Duarte & Associates are a diverse group of psychotherapists and psychiatric nurse practitioners who specialize in working with individuals, couples, families and groups. We also provide medication management and conduct psychological and school-based assessments with adolescents and young adults.

Many of our clients struggle with anxiety and depression, having difficulty finding peace within themselves and their relationships. In addition, our clinicians support individuals going through life changes and transitions move forward with intentionality and meaning.

Our approach is to create a compassionate and safe space where you can explore, learn and find your strength. We are compassionate clinicians that are trauma- informed and attachment-based in our approaches. We also draw from Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), psychodynamic and family systems theories and mindfulness practices to treat mind and body.

How does payment work at your practice?

At C. Duarte & Associates, we are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum and Tufts health insurances. If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees range from $100-$200 depending on the provider and service offered. We process and submit claims to in network insurance companies and/or provide detailed receipts for your submission for reimbursement if needed.
