What services does your practice offer?
Charmed Counseling is a growing practice located in both the Vancouver and Spokane Washington areas. We offer individual, couples and family sessions both in-person and via telehealth. Charmed has clinicians that can fit the needs for anyone aged 5-99.
What are your practice's specialties?
Charmed Counseling offers services in specialty areas such as: trauma related disorders, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, OCD, life transitions, gender identity, sexuality, self-esteem, relationship stress, play therapy etc. We believe in a client-centered, strength-based approach and will encourage you to be an active participant in your treatment planning and therapy.

We are also unique in the fact we have an ARNP (Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner) in-house who offers medication management for those who need it. A true one-stop shop for your outpatient mental health needs.
How does payment work at your practice?
Here at Charmed, we accept and bill most major insurances. Counseling can also be paid for out of pocket, if you decide you don’t want your insurance billed or if you currently do not have insurance or mental health coverage. We make it a priority to have counseling affordable for everyone, so we offer a sliding fee scale as well. Call us to discuss our current rates or obtain a sliding fee scale application.
