Dr. Lauren Messina and Ms. Jessica Brenneman Hardaway are clinicians at Evergreen Child & Family Therapy. We are a full service psychotherapy practice focused on helping busy families build connection and resilience. Jessica and Lauren are both clinical Couple and Family Therapists in the state of Maryland. Additionally, Jessica is licensed in Delaware and North Carolina. We provide virtual therapy services to adults, families, and children. We specialize in improving relationship health, building strong families, breaking intergenerational patterns, and supporting parents and caregivers. We also work with children and teens to build social and emotional skills.
Jessica has extensive experience working with children who have intense behaviors, anxiety disorders, parenting troubles, and trauma.
Lauren has extensive experience working with parents and individuals looking to improve their relationships. She also enjoys working with children and teens with a family-centric focus. Lauren is a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and brings this expertise to improve whole person mental health.

What services does your practice offer?
We offer individual, couples, and family therapy sessions. All sessions are virtual, using a HIPPA compliant platform.

How does payment work at your practice?
Evergreen Child & Family Therapy does not accept insurance. We are happy to offer receipts for session which can be submitted to your insurance for some reimbursement of the out of pocket cost. Our sessions range from $150-$235 based on the length of session and provider. We also have a limited number of sliding scale appointments available.
