The decision to heal from trauma is a powerful, life-affirming choice. At Health-E Living Psychological Services (HELP), we believe healing is an opportunity that every survivor deserves to have and that research based treatment should be accessible. While it is always worthwhile, healing from trauma is a difficult journey. Your provider will work with you to create an individualized research based treatment plan structured to help you meet your self-identified goals. Many of the psychotherapy treatments we utilize have been shown to be effective by a large body of clinical research.

Our aim is to provide you the opportunity to engage in a more efficient healing process than unstructured supportive therapy can provide. We will work with you to identify your goals, evaluate your progress towards those goals, and complete a treatment course that will maximize the benefits of therapy. The course of therapy can range based on the frequency of sessions and treatment plan you collaboratively create with your therapist. The treatments we offer are time limited, meaning there is a specified treatment length. Typically, treatment ranges anywhere from 6-20 weekly sessions and can be completed in a few weeks to a few months depending on the frequency of sessions. Sessions typically range in length from 45-90 minutes dependent on the treatment and your needs.
